• Enquiries: City, software, package interest, and message content you send via WhatsApp, phone, email, or forms that open WhatsApp.
• Service delivery: Access you grant to Tally, Zoho Books, GST portal, or document folders — under engagement terms you approve. You control access permissions.

How we use it

To reply to enquiries, deliver accounting support, improve the site, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Access model
